1. Introduction

Welcome to LearnsHubFit. These terms apply to all services, digital products, and goods offered under our domain LearnsHubFit.com. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

2. Services

Our services include guided study sessions, live presentations, and personalized coaching designed to enhance your learning experience. Scheduling and delivery details are provided at the time of purchase.

3. Digital Products

Digital products consist of e-books, compact guides, and recorded tutorials available for immediate download upon confirmation of purchase. Access credentials are sent via email.

4. Physical Goods

Physical goods include study kits and printed materials shipped to your specified address. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier availability.

5. Reimbursement and Rescheduling Policy

5.1 Services

If you cancel at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date, you qualify for a full reimbursement to your original payment method. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are not eligible due to instructor reservation and preparation. You may reschedule a service up to 24 hours before its start at no extra charge.

5.2 Digital Products

You may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase provided you have not downloaded or accessed the product. Once an item is accessed, reimbursement is not available. Submit your request via Contact Us with your order number. Approved reimbursements are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

5.3 Physical Goods

To be eligible for a reimbursement, goods must be shipped back in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. After inspection, an approved reimbursement is issued within 7 business days to the original payment method. Damaged or altered items are not eligible.

6. Non-Reimbursable Offerings

Certain limited-seat workshops and fully customized training packages are non-reimbursable due to resource allocation, venue booking, and material preparation. Details are specified on each offering page.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.
